Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Lavender Water*, Roman Chamomile Flower Water, Peppermint Oil, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil*, Roseship Seed Oil, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Provitamin B5 (DL-Panthenol), Vitamin E, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate.

• All orders ship within a minimum of 5-7 business days. Due to current staffing, we are unable to ship any sooner than the minimum at this time. All orders ship via USPS priority mail for both domestic and international orders. US customers can expect to receive their order within 2-3 days, via priority mail, after shipment. Canada & all other countries can expect to receive their order within 7-14 days, via priority mail, after shipment.

• You will receive tracking information via email once your label has been printed and ready to ship. Please also keep an eye out for your spam/junk folders, as emails can land there as well.

• International customers: Be Luxe Locs is not responsible for any additional tariffs/fees associated with receipt of order.

• Be Luxe Locs is not responsible for lost/missing packages. Once a package leaves the Be Luxe Locs fulfillment center, it is the responsibility of our shipment provider (USPS) to ensure its receipt.

• Note: to ensure that there are no issues with delivery times quoted, please make sure your address information is not only correct but also completed. If there is an apartment, floor, suite, etc., please include that. If Be Luxe Locs has to reach out for address correction, your order will move from the most current batch being shipped to the next (or until we receive a response to an email inquiry). If no response is received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
