All orders ship via USPS priority mail for both domestic and international orders. US customers can expect to receive their order within 2-3 days, via priority mail, after shipment. Canada & all other countries can expect to receive their order within 7-14 days, via priority mail, after shipment.

• Be Luxe Locs is not responsible for lost/missing packages. Once a package leaves the Be Luxe Locs fulfillment center, it is the responsibility of our shipment provider (USPS) to ensure its receipt.

• Note: to ensure that there are no issues with delivery times quoted, please make sure your address information is not only correct but also completed. If there is an apartment, floor, suite, etc., please include that. If Be Luxe Locs has to reach out for address correction, your order will move from the most current batch being shipped to the next (or until we receive a response to an email inquiry). If no response is received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
